Capital Hudson Iris Society (CHIS) - Serving Eastern Central New York, the upper Hudson River Valley, and the Greater Albany Area, including Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Rensselaer, St. Lawrence, Saratoga, Schoharie, Schenectady, Warren and Washington. As of October, 2004 the Adirondack Foothills & Daylily Society (AFIDS) had voted to disband as a separate Society and its membership and geographical territory was combined with its former parent club CHIS.

Central New York Iris Society (CNYIS) - Serving North Central New York, including the Counties of Cayuga, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Onondaga, Oneida and Oswego.

Greater Rochester Iris Society (GRIS) - Serving Northwestern Central New York and the Greater Rochester Area, including the Counties of Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates.

Hudson Valley Iris & Daylily Society (HVIDS) - Serving Southeastern New York and the lower Hudson River Valley, including the Counties of Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester.

Southern Tier Iris Society (STIS) - Serving South Central New York, including the Counties of Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Ostego, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga and Tompkins.

Western New York Iris Society (WNYIS) - Serving Western New York and the Greater Buffalo Area, including the Counties of Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Niagara and Wyoming.
